Carmen Bird studied Engineering in College before earning a 2 year scholarship in Real Estate, graduating with a dual major. Carmen's career began as an Architectural Engineer at JPL NASA in Pasadena, Ca. Her architectural expertise and education, easily transitioned to her next career in Real Estate in 1992.
Relocating to Elk Grove, Ca. in 1994, started her Real Estate career in the New Home Sales industry. Serving on the Building Industry Association and Sales & Marketing Council Board. Working with Buyer's helping fulfill their homeownership dreams, earning many sales awards and earned the NAHB Institute of Residential Marketing designation.
After 10 years in New Homes Sales, upon returning from traveling to Paris, France, she decided to launch her own Real Estate business with in 2007. She joined Lyon Real Estate became a member of NAR and active in with Women's Council of Realtors, served on the board and earned the prestigious 2018 WCR "Realtor of the Year" and PMN designation. Now practicing with Windermere Real Estate. She's earned several National Association of Realtor designations to better serve her clients. Most recently, Carmen has become a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World & Luxury Portfolio International.
