Carmen Bird's career began as an Architect at Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Ca., (NASA). Her architectural expertise and years of experience with refined detail, easily transferred to her next career, as a professional REALTOR.

20 years experience, as a Broker she became an accredited Senior Real Estate Specialist.

Carmen has served on several prestigio us Board's in the Industry. Including the Building Industry Association, Sales & Marketing Council, in many leadership positions, and National Association of Residential Property Managers Board, as Legislative Chair. She's also earned the coveted Women's Council of Realtors "Entrepreneur of the Year". Just earned the WCR "Realtor of the Year" for 2018.

Carmen accepted the invitation to be a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World & Luxury Portfolio International.

Carmen enjoys, books, gardening, photography, oil painting and museums. What Carmen enjoys the most is being a part of the process of seeing a client smile when she hands them the key's to their "American Dream".
